Thanks for your comment Cynthia, we look forward to seeing you here. Just give a call. When we moved here from Ann Arbor (after 5 years of searching) we thought we'd miss the color of all the vegetation. We do but it's been replaced by all the wonde…
Love the colors and the setting. We volunteer @ Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, UT and have actually looked at St George in terms of relocating some day. Loved seeing this.
Of course - I hadn't put the Sunshine Beach in geographical perspective. Duh... As the winds howl this evening through Cambridge that part of Queensland is looking ever more inviting. I'm heading back down for meetings and work in June and again in July. It's winter then but their winter beats most of New England's spring and summer.
I look forward to the other pics. When were these taken btw?
Hi Carl - good to hear from you. Thanks goodness for things like Ning to increase the chances for reconnecting with distributed friends. I've spent more and more time in Australia and find the place refreshingly open. Ever been there?
Hi, Carl, good to see you "here." Hope you are doing well. Running my own consulting business for now -- lots of work, good work, fun work -- and will be re-connecting with another university soon.
As you look at your institution, and at education nationally and internationally, what's the most important type of educational improvement for which technology can be a lever?
Ability to deliver what technology when it's needed! WINWINI (What I need when i need it!)
Similarly, as we strive in that direction, what's the most important thing we should be careful not to lose?
