As you look at your institution, and at education nationally and internationally, what's the most important type of educational improvement for which technology can be a lever?
Can I name two? One would be the improvements to classroom dynamics that classroom response systems and similar technology makes possible. The other would be the ability to have students contribute to their own learning in ways made possible by Web 2.0 technologies.
Similarly, as we strive in that direction, what's the most important thing we should be careful not to lose?
We should have very clear ideas about our learning goals for students and connect everything we do, technology-enhanced or not, back to those learning goals.
